CLINIC SAFETY PROTOCOLS

As we continue to monitor information and developments involving COVID-19, we will continue to do our part to help minimize the spread of this virus by continuing curbside services until further notice.

What is a curbside appointment?

When you arrive for your scheduled appointment, we ask that you remain in your vehicle and call into the clinic where a veterinary nurse will get you checked in.  Your nurse will then assist you at your vehicle (or via telephone during inclement weather conditions).  Your veterinary nurse will escort your pet into the clinic to be examined by the veterinarian while you remain in  your vehicle. The veterinarian will communicate with you and discuss your pet's exam in detail, as well as address any questions or concerns you may have. Once your appointment is complete, a member of our team will assist you at your vehicle or via phone to process your payment.

*Please note - All appointments must be scheduled, we will not accept walk-in appointments.

What types of appointments are being scheduled right now?

We are currently scheduling for all services offered, including annual examinations, vaccine appointments, disease management, sick appointments, surgery, radiology and diagnostics, as well as technician appointments.

How do I get my pet's medication refills?

Please call ahead of time to order your pet's medication refills, including flea/tick/heartworm preventatives.  A veterinary nurse will assist you in scheduling a pickup time that's convenient for your schedule.  Please allow a minimum of 3 days for order processing and scheduled pick up.  Same-day requests are not guaranteed.

How can I help?

Veterinary facilities across the region are experiencing higher than usual call and appointment volume.  Our priority is to minimize your wait time. Your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated while we ensure each patient and client gets appropriate care and attention.

To help us serve you more efficiently, please be sure to advise us of all needs and concerns when scheduling your pet's appointment. This will help ensure proper time is scheduled for your pet's exam. If your pet has medical records from a previous veterinary provider, please submit all necessary information prior to your appointment date. Lastly, please bring with you all medications, vitamins and/or supplements that your pet may be taking.
