Updated Policies

As of October 1st our policies have changed and we ask that you please be kind and considerate as we are trying to keep everyone and their pets safe and happy. Please be advised as some of the following may be different from before:

  • When you arrive for your appointment, please call from your vehicle to check in. We are working to minimize the wait time in the rooms. The lobby will have a max capacity of 2 clients and their pets so once checked in we may have you wait in the car until the lobby is open.

  • For medication pickups we are strongly urging clients to start using one of the online pharmacies for regular everyday medications. We have links on our page for Vets First Choice, MixLabs, and VetDirect. Chewy also offers an online pharmacy that is great and easy to use as well. We ask that for medications like Simparica trio, any other flea/tick and heartworm prevention, Novox, Gabapentin, and Apoquel be ordered online. Please call us if you need assistance setting up an account or how to place an order and one of our staff members will be happy to assist you. Please keep in mind we will not accommodate immediate medication refill requests for pick up in clinic.

  • If you have a technician appointment please note that we are still saving the room for doctors appointments. That being said we again ask that you call upon arrival and a staff member will either be out to get your pet or ask you to accompany them in.

  • For the holidays we are asking that you kindly wear a mask regardless of vaccination status when accompanying your pet in the clinic for their exam. We will gladly do curbside if you prefer that option as well. Please ask the front desk staff for one as we will start to carry some if you would like one or do not have one.

  •  WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS AT THIS TIME. We apologize for the inconvenience. We will let you know when we are able to bring on new clients so please check the website or call monthly for updates.

We extend a sincere THANK YOU for all of your cooperation and support over the past year while we managed our way through COVID-19 alongside you.  It's been trying and difficult for all of us, and we will continue to exercise precautions in continued efforts to maintain a healthy environment for everyone.  We're very excited to welcome you back into the clinics!

To help us serve you more efficiently, please be sure to advise us of all needs and concerns when scheduling your pet's appointment. This will help ensure proper time is scheduled for your pet's exam. If your pet has medical records from a previous veterinary provider, please submit all necessary information prior to your appointment date. Lastly, please bring with you all medications, vitamins and/or supplements that your pet may be taking.
